`*.rastair_mbias_processed.csv` file	CSV file containing the recommended trimming values for OT and OB reads. `*.rastair_mbias_processed.csv`

#3 mbias_processed_pdf tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'test', single_end:false ]
`*.rastair_mbias_processed.pdf` file	PDF plot of the methylation bias across reads. `*.rastair_mbias_processed.pdf`

#4 mbias_processed_str tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'test', single_end:false ]
`TRIM_OT` string	Recommended trimming value for Original Top (OT) reads.
`TRIM_OB` string	Recommended trimming value for Original Bottom (OB) reads.
