Process

`Name`	`LOCALCDSEARCH_ANNOTATE`

Input 3 channels

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`fasta` file	Input fasta file containing protein queries sequences `*.{fa,fasta,fa.gz,fasta.gz}`

`db` directory	Directory containing the metadata and databse directories `*`

`sites` boolean	When true an extra tsv output file is generated

Output 3 channels

#1 result tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*_results.tsv` file	tab-separated file with hits filtered by CDD's curated bit-score thresholds `*_results.tsv`

#2 annot_sites tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`*_sites.tsv` file	If --sites-output is specified, an additional tab-separated file is created with functional site annotations `*_sites.tsv`

#3 versions_localcdsearch tuple

`${task.process}` string	The name of the process
`local-cd-search` string	The name of the tool
`0.3.0` string	The expression to obtain the version of the tool
