`gtdbtk_prefix` string	The prefix used when running gtdbtk/classifywf. If using output from the nf-core module, this defaults to "${meta.id}". `*`

`meta2` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`ar53_metadata` file	GTDB ar53 metadata file (from https://data.ace.uq.edu.au/public/gtdb/data/releases/latest/) `*.tsv.gz`

`meta3` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. `[ id:'sample1' ]`
`bac120_metadata` file	GTDB bac120 metadata file (from https://data.ace.uq.edu.au/public/gtdb/data/releases/latest/) `*.tsv.gz`
