`Name`	`EPANG_PLACE`

Input 3 channels

#1 tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'test' ]
`queryaln` file	aligned query sequences in any supported format including phylip and fasta, may be gzipped `*`
`referencealn` file	reference alignment in any supported format including phylip and fasta, may be gzipped `*`
`referencetree` file	newick file containing the reference tree in which query sequences will be placed `*`

`bfastfile` file	file argument to the --bfast parameter `*`

`binaryfile` file	file argument to the --binary parameter `*`

Output 4 channels

#1 log

`*.epa_info.log` file	log file from placement `*.log`

#2 epang tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'test' ]
`./.` directory	directory in which EPA-NG was run

#3 jplace tuple

`meta` map	Groovy Map containing sample information e.g. [ id:'test' ]
`*.epa_result.jplace.gz` file	gzipped file with placement information `*.jplace.gz`
